NovaCore Pro sets one essential cookie: a session cookie that keeps you signed in after you log in, so you don't have to re-authenticate on every page. It's strictly necessary for account, checkout, and generation features to work, so it's set automatically and can't be turned off without signing out.

We don't run advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't use any third-party tracking or advertising pixels. We don't sell or share cookie data with advertisers, because we don't have any.

We use a small amount of browser local storage for non-essential convenience only — such as remembering a cart draft before you sign in. Nothing in local storage is shared with us; it stays on your device.

Cookies that are strictly necessary for a service you've asked for — like staying signed in — don't require consent under UK and EU cookie law. Since that's the only cookie we set, we don't show a cookie-consent banner. If that ever changes, we'll add one before setting anything that does require consent.

The session cookie is persistent, not a browser-session cookie: it stays on your device for a limited period so you don't have to sign in again on every visit, and it's replaced whenever you sign in again. Signing out clears it immediately.

You can view, delete, or block cookies at any time through your browser's settings. Blocking our session cookie will sign you out and prevent sign-in, since it's required for authenticated features — the catalog itself remains browsable without it.

We may update this notice if what we set or why changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page.
