NovaCore Pro is a catalog of ready-made 3D objects and an on-demand generation tool. Every object in the catalog is produced by us, not by third-party sellers — there is no marketplace of outside creators and no revenue-sharing with uploaders.

You can license a finished object from the catalog, or spend credits to generate your own object from a text description or a reference image.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and NovaCore Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17425861, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, United Kingdom, W1W 5PF ("we," "us," or the "Company"). By using the site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

You need an account to purchase a license, buy credits, or generate objects. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity on your account.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use paid features. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including abuse of the generation pipeline or attempts to circumvent credit charges.

Generating an object spends credits from your balance. Credit costs vary by generation mode and quality tier and are shown before you confirm a generation. See our Refund Policy for exactly when spent or unused credits are refunded.

You may not submit prompts or reference images that depict real people without their consent, infringe a third party's intellectual property, or request recognizable brands, logos, or copyrighted characters. We filter submissions on input and again during review, and may decline or remove a generation that violates this policy without refunding spent credits, at our discretion, when the violation is on your side.

Objects you generate yourself are yours to use commercially under the terms in your Generation Terms document, presented at generation time — this is separate from the catalog license below and is never published to the public catalog on our own initiative.

Purchasing a catalog object grants you the commercial license described on that object's page at the time of purchase. The license lets you use the object in the finished work it was purchased for; it does not transfer ownership of the source files and does not permit reselling the object as a standalone 3D asset, in original or modified form.

Downloads are served through time-limited links issued after we verify you hold a valid license for that object. Every download is logged for license enforcement.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are calculated on our servers at the time of purchase — prices shown earlier in your session are estimates. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.

We don't accept cryptocurrency. See our Refund Policy for catalog licenses, credits, and failed generations.

Don't attempt to circumvent credit charges, license checks, or download limits. Don't use automated tools to scrape the catalog or resell access to your account. Don't submit content that's illegal, infringing, or that these terms already prohibit in the generation section above.

The catalog, the site, and everything that makes them work — design, code, and the objects we publish ourselves — belong to us or our licensors. A license or a generation right under these terms doesn't transfer ownership of the platform itself, and doesn't let you reproduce, redistribute, or build a competing catalog from what you licensed or generated beyond the rights that license or your Generation Terms actually grants.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, contact us using the details in section 10 with a description of the work, where it appears on the site, and why you believe it infringes.

The catalog and generation tool are provided as-is. Generated geometry and textures can vary between attempts, even for similar prompts, because the underlying models are probabilistic. We don't guarantee that a specific generation will meet a specific expectation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
