Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy is issued by NovaCore Pro Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17425861, with its registered office at 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, United Kingdom, W1W 5PF ("we," "us," "the Company"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy: we decide how and why it's processed.

This policy is intended to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, the Data Protection Act 2018, and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

2. What we collect

Account data: email address, and name/date of birth if you choose to add them.

Purchase data: which licenses and credit packages you bought, order totals, and a payment reference from our payment provider — we don't store your full card number.

Generation data: the prompts and reference images you submit, and the resulting 3D files, kept so you can access your own generations again from your account.

Usage data: basic technical logs (IP address, browser, timestamps) for security, fraud prevention, and diagnosing problems.

3. How we use it, and on what basis

To run the service: process payments, generate objects, issue download links, and show you your own purchases and generations — necessary to perform our contract with you.

To protect the service: detect abuse of credits or licenses, and enforce these terms — our legitimate interest in keeping the service usable and fairly priced.

To meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records for completed sales.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use your prompts or generated objects to train models we don't already use to run the service.

4. Third parties we share data with

Payment processing: a third-party payment provider handles checkout; they receive what's needed to process your payment, not your full account history.

Generation providers: your prompt and any reference image are sent to the AI services that power generation (mesh generation and, for catalog listings only, image-understanding for titles/descriptions) — only what's needed to produce the result, not your account or payment details.

We don't share your data with advertisers, and we don't sell it.

5. International transfers

Some of the providers in section 4 process data outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on a recognized safeguard, such as the provider being in a country the UK has approved as adequate, or standard contractual clauses covering the transfer.

6. Cookies

We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in, and a small amount of local storage for things like a draft cart before you're signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Notice for details.

7. Data retention

We keep account, order, and license records for as long as your account exists, and for a period after closure where needed for tax, license-enforcement, or legal reasons. You can request deletion of your account; license and order records tied to completed purchases may be retained where we're required to keep them.

8. Your rights

Under UK/EU data protection law you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; request erasure or restriction of processing in certain circumstances; object to processing based on our legitimate interests; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

You can review and update your account details from your account page at any time. To exercise any other right, contact us using the details in section 11 — we may need to verify your identity first, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.

9. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Original model files are never served from public storage — every download goes through a short-lived, access-checked link, and every download is logged.

10. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page.

11. Contact

Questions about this policy or a data request: [email protected].
