Generation Terms

This is the document referenced in our Terms of Service as the "Generation Terms" — it governs objects you create yourself through the Generate tool, using your own credits. It's separate from the Catalog License: that governs objects you license ready-made from the catalog, which has different rights and restrictions.

You own what you generate. Once a generation completes and the files are in your account, you hold full commercial rights to that specific result — model it was built into a product, a game asset, a render, a print, sold, modified, whatever you want, with no license fee or attribution owed to us.

We don't publish your generations to the public catalog on our own initiative, ever. The only way one of your objects ends up in the catalog is if you separately agree to that with us — it never happens automatically or by default.

You're responsible for the prompts and reference images you submit. Don't submit anything that depicts a real person without their consent, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or asks for a recognizable brand, logo, or copyrighted character — we filter for this on input and again during review, and reserve the right to decline or remove a generation that violates this, per our Refund Policy.

You're also responsible for making sure your own use of what you generate — in a product, in marketing, wherever — doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We don't review the commercial context you put a generated object into, only the prompt and reference image that created it.

Your prompt and any reference image are sent to the AI providers that power generation, only as needed to produce your result. We don't use your prompts or your generated objects to train models beyond what we already use to run the service — see our Privacy Policy for the full data picture.

Files are delivered as GLB, FBX, and OBJ. Downloads are presigned, time-limited links issued after we verify the generation is yours, logged the same way catalog downloads are.

Generation is probabilistic — geometry and textures can vary between attempts even for similar prompts, and we don't guarantee a specific generation will match what you pictured. The object is provided as-is; see the disclaimers in our Terms of Service for the full terms.

We may update this document as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new date at the top of this page.
